After selecting your pricing plan, we will deploy your charger on our server. Then, we assist you with the onboarding process (provided that you select the Advanced or Premium plan). Your charger will be active once the charger is configured and your panel is ready.

How Do I Move from One Pricing Plan to Another?

For assistance regarding moving from the Trial plan to the Advanced or Premium plan, get in touch with us through given contact methods. We will help you with the transition.

How Do I Integrate 6senseEV with Another Corporate Software?

We need permission and some information from your end to integrate 6senseEV with other corporate software like QuickBooks, Zoho, etc. Then, our software development team will take over from there to finalize the integration.

How Do I Set Up My Admin Panel?

We assist you with the full onboarding process (provided that you select the Advanced or Premium plan). Otherwise, you have to onboard yourself with a dummy account and video tutorials.

Who Can Install My EV Chargers?

You can hire your own electrical contractor to install EV chargers on your premises. If so, the pricing plan for 6senseEV will be adjusted accordingly. However, we also have operations and maintenance partners that can provide you a full suite of services for your EV charging project.
